OSB: Run all scripts in ${OSBHOME}/database/delta that are not registered in the table OSB_DB_CONTROL:
read the description, customisation and restriction section at the beginning of each script.
Note: Some migration scripts of the main development trunk are not part of OSB_R060808. These are:

This OSB version was complied with g++ 4.1, Debian version 4.1.1 and linked with Oracle 10.2.0 client libraries.
It requires the following Debian packages:

OSB must run as Oracle 10.2.0 (or higher). Trying to use an Oracle 10.1.x client results in unexpected internal SQL errors, most probably from the Oracle OCI interface.

Installation hints

OSB: Configure the rateable parties osbadmin with the console rating configuration.
This replaces the hard-coded logic in the party analyser used in your previous installation.

This OSB version was complied with g++-4.0, Debian version 4.0.2-5 and linked with Oracle 10.2.0 client libraries.
It requires the following Debian packages:

Watch out for warnings like (don't remember the exact wording) "libstdc++5 required by ... may conflict with libstdc++6 ..." when starting a GUI application, i.e., osbadmin or tariffadmin.

You can try to run OSB as Oracle 10.1.x client (start tariffadmin or osbadmin to test it). If you encounter unexpected SQL errors then you're out of luck and we'll need to upgrade to Oracle 10.2.0 (or higher).
