This header file defines the interface class OSB_LIB::CdrIo that supports OSB_LIB::BsPage in the handling of CDR files.

The free function OSB_LIB::makeCdrIo() can be used to create an object of OSB_LIB::CdrIoImpl that actually implements the interface.
