This header file defines the classes that determine the connection point for a NwAddress as contained in CDR:

• CalledPartyToCp: get connection point for Cdr::calledParty_.
• CallingPartyToCp: get connection point for Cdr::callingParty_.

The above classes delegate the mapping to NwAddrToCp, also defined in this header.
