This file serves as a minimal wrapper around the actual OTL header file. It provides the OTL configuration for OSB before it includes the actual OTL header file. Furthermore, otl.h presents a few helpers which make the integration of OTL into OSB easier.
Note: Only include OTL related files from *.cc files. Do not include this file or the actual OTL header file from another *.h file.
